PRIVACY POLICY 1. ROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY In order to use the App, some data must be processed by Warmhaus as the Data Controller due to technical requirements, and the personal data to be processed are listed below. 1.1. The Personal Data Processed by Data Controller; WARMHAUS, as the data controller, collects the following data during registration to the App, as they are directly related to the establishment and performance of this membership agreement. 1.1.1. Identity Information (name, surname) 1.1.2. Contact Information (Open Address Information; Address Information - City; Address Information - Country; E-Mail; Telephone Number; Address Type (home/work);), 1.1.3. Transaction Security Information (System and App user account information (User names, e-mail accounts, last logon dates, IP information, etc.)), 1.1.4. Customer Information (Customer Number; Product Code/Product Serial No; Product Group; Order Information (Order Detail, Number, Date, Amount, etc.); Customer Business Relationship-Start Date; Customer Business Relationship-End Date; Product Warranty Information (Start) Date-End Date); Request/Complaint Information), 1.1.5. Customer Transaction Information (Customer Requests; Customer Instructions and Records; Customer Call Details; Customer Application Forms; Call Center Records; Call Number; Call Type; Call Date; Usage Information of Products; Indoor / Outdoor Temperatures of the Environments Where the Products are Used; Warning Information Regarding Products; WIFI SSID and WIFI SSD password info;), 1.2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data. WARMHAUS will process personal data for the following purposes: 1.2.1. Execution of Communication Activities, 1.2.2. Taking Precautions for Ensuring and Improving Business Processes, 1.2.3. Planning and/or Execution of Business Continuity Activities, 1.2.4. Goods/Services After Sales Support Services 1.2.5. Execution of Goods/Service Sales Processes, 1.2.6. Execution of Necessary Processes for Customers to Provide Remote Access to Products**, 1.2.7. Planning and/or Execution of After-Sales Support Services Activities, 1.2.8. Contract Processes/Contract and/or performance, 1.2.9. Execution of activation processes of products and/or services, 1.2.10. Planning and Execution of Application Processes for Products and/or Services, 1.2.11. Creation and/or follow-up of Product and/or Services Usage Processes, 1.2.12. Establishing and/or monitoring the allocation and/or evaluation processes of products and/or services, 1.2.13. Ensuring the Data Are Accurate and Up-to-Date 1.3. Verifying your identity (verification code to the mobile phone number you have provided); 1.3.1. In accordance with this membership agreement, WARMHAUS has the authority to send notification e-mails to the e-mail addresses of its members and information SMS to their mobile phones. Upon approval of this membership agreement, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted to receive information e-mails to the e-mail address and the notification SMS to the mobile phone. The customer can opt out of receiving e-mail and/or SMS by using the "Communication Preferences" section in the application or by sending an e-mail to musterihizmetleri@warmhaus.com.tr. 1.4. Explanations on the processing of personal data that are mandatory for the Application to be used; 1.4.1. The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that the Location Information is one of the mandatory information that must be processed in order to match the region time of the application, to connect the Product to the internet network at the Customer's address, and to use the remote access authorization. Location Information refers to the approximate location information of the product at a diameter of 3 km, and this data is only processed while the application is running. The location information obtained by the Application is sent to the WARMHAUS server during the application matching phase, for a single time, and the information is registered to the App record. Location information is used to determine the neighbourhood information of the Product in order to show the outdoor temperature in the Application. 1.4.2. The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that if he/she does not allow the Processing of the Location Information, he/she knows that the ambient outside temperature cannot be displayed in the App and that the App cannot be used properly. 1.4.3. WARMHAUS requests WIFI SSID and WIFI SSD password information for the installation of the remote access unit and matching with the Application. Recowa Wifi unit connects to the internet network at the address of the Customer's Product by using this information. This information is not kept permanently in the App and will not be stored on WARMHAUS servers. However, if this information is not provided by the Customer during the initial installation of the Application, the Customer acknowledges that the Internet connection of the Product cannot be provided and the App cannot be used. 1.4.4. The Customer accepts that the Identity and Contact information is necessary for the membership process and required to use the Application and cannot unsubscribe as long as the application is used by the Customer. This information will be used to determine the identity information of the Customer, who is the App user in WARMHAUS systems. 1.5. Transfer of Personal Data and Data Security; 1.5.1. Warmhaus will not share the personal data of the Customer with any 3rd Party without the scope of this Terms of Use. The processed personal data will be stored on the servers of Warmhaus. Access between the Mobile App and Warmhaus servers will be provided over the SSL protocol. The Customer will be able to access the Application with the password determined by him/her, and the passwords will be kept encrypted in our system in a way that cannot be followed back. It is your responsibility to keep your password safe and not share it. 1.5.2. WARMHAUS, for the purposes specified in this user agreement, is entitled to share the data processed with the following institutions for the establishment and performance of this Terms of Use and the use of the Application; public institutions, business partners, institutions providing analysis and measurement services, institutions providing digital marketing services, institutions providing electronic communication services, institutions providing cyber security services. 1.5.3. Except for the above-mentioned exception, WARMHAUS does not sell, rent, market or otherwise transfer personal data and/or traffic data or communication content to third parties without the Customer’s express consent, unless required or legally required.
